Job summary

The Michaels Stores TAMPA-CARROLLWOOD location in Florida is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a quick, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in stocking, merchandising, and store recovery duties to keep the floor well-presented and in-stock.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program enrollments and Private Label Credit Cards
• Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock store and handle merchandise returns and go-backs
• Support store recovery and in-stock optimization and safety programs
