Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. store in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers, help locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance, while promoting the Rewards program, SFS/BOPIS, and keeping the store well-merchandised and in-stock. Weekend and evening shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Comfort with frequent customer interaction and POS use.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes: Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; complete go-back process.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact professionally; promote the organization’s vision and values.
