Job summary

Michaels in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a friendly Store Team Member to help customers, stock shelves, and process checkouts. You will assist with in-store and omnichannel tasks and uphold store standards.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are comfortable with cash handling, and can work nights, weekends, and mornings as needed. Benefits and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes: Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock status, and merchandise presentation.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
