Job summary

Michaels Stores in TURLOCK, CA seeks a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain well-merchandised, in-stock aisles while supporting store recovery and safety programs.

The role involves engaging customers with the Rewards program, assisting with Private Label Credit Cards, and performing omni-channel duties including BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Store recovery and merchandise return/go back processes
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
