You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and SFS, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store while promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise availability; manage returns and go-backs.
• Support store safety and shrink programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
