Job summary

Molton Brown is seeking a Seasonal Retail Advisor for our Portsmouth Outlet in Gunwharf Quays. You will guide customers through our fragrance, body care and home scenting ranges, helping them discover the perfect lifestyle products and supporting the store to meet targets.

No prior experience is required; reliability and a genuine passion for guest experiences are valued. This fixed-term role offers 10–15 hours per week with a finish date of 24 December 2026 and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; reliability essential.
• Must be a true team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Able to work 10–15 hours per week during the festive season.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through Molton Brown’s fragrance, body care and home scenting ranges to help them find the perfect products.
• Contribute to achieving store targets and deliver personalised customer service.

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products, you’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.
