Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking candidates for a seasonal position with both full-time and part-time opportunities, offering $20.00/hour. You’ll provide top-notch service, maintain rental equipment, inspect waivers, and guide guests on proper equipment use while upholding safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Constant interaction with the guests, while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude.
• Ensure proper rental procedures are followed with each guest; confirm information on waiver is accurate, equipment is all scanned, and DINs are set correctly to skis.
• Instruct customers in the correct use of the equipment.
• Must maintain a safe, healthy and orderly workstation.
• General knowledge of Stratton Mountain Resort.
• Basic repairs and tuning on all rental equipment.
• Additional duties as assigned.
