Job summary

The Salvation Army Northern Division in Steele County is seeking a Red Kettle Campaign Coordinator for the seasonal campaign. You will oversee day-to-day operations, onboarding of seasonal staff, scheduling, and kettle logistics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience coordinating employees, volunteers, or schedules preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and Salvation Army motor vehicle record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding of seasonal bell ringers and kettle drivers.
• Maintain timekeeping records for seasonal staff.
• Develop daily schedules for employees and volunteers.
• Coordinate kettle locations and routes; support equipment.
• Enter data on kettle activity and staffing; assist with reports.
• Assist with kettle routes, deliveries, pickups.
