Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience coordinating employees or volunteers is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet program driving requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with ability to learn systems.
• Dependable and professional, able to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding of seasonal bell ringers and kettle drivers.
• Review timekeeping records and ensure payroll timelines are met.
• Develop daily schedules for staff and volunteers; manage coverage.
• Coordinate kettle locations, routes, and equipment movement.
• Enter campaign data and assist with reports and tracking.
• Assist with kettle routes, deliveries, pickups, and staffing as needed.
