Job summary

The Salvation Army Northern Division in Ramsey is seeking a Kettle Coordinator for the Red Kettle Campaign. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating employees or schedules preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding of seasonal staff.
• Maintain timekeeping records and payroll support.
• Develop daily schedules for staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate kettle locations, routes, and equipment.
• Enter campaign data and assist with reports.
• Provide route and operational support as needed.
