Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a seasonal Red Kettle Campaign Coordinator in Minnesota to oversee day-to-day operations, hire and onboard seasonal staff, and manage schedules, timekeeping, and kettle locations.

This on-site role offers $15 per hour for 25 hours per week, through December 2026. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts, including weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet motor vehicle record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding of seasonal bell ringers and kettle drivers.
• Review and maintain timekeeping records; submit payroll data on schedule.
• Develop daily schedules for staff and volunteers; manage call-offs and coverage.
• Oversee kettle placement, pickup, routing, and equipment availability.
• Enter kettle activity data and assist with campaign reporting.
• Support kettle routes, deliveries, pickups, and staffing coverage as needed.
