Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support peak-season staffing. As a Recruiting Assistant, you will join the Recruiting Support Team to assist with high-volume hiring, onboarding, and candidate coordination.

This seasonal role offers 8am–5pm hours, possible OT, and a path to gain valuable HR and recruiting experience. Benefits include medical plans, life insurance, disability, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS and hiring processes.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high-volume hiring and onboarding activities to support seasonal staffing.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate screenings to ensure a smooth interview process.
• Administer pre-employment screenings and background checks.
• Update recruiting spreadsheets and tracking reports daily.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
