District Photo Inc. is seeking energetic Seasonal HR Recruiters to support our HR teams during our busiest hiring season. This fast-paced role focuses on quickly identifying, contacting, screening, scheduling, and hiring seasonal employees for our manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable talking with people, able to work with urgency, and committed to completing the seasonal assignment. Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling high-volume recruiting.
• Organized and able to manage multiple candidates.
• Ability to work independently within a HR team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in recruiting or HR is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact applicants by phone, text, and email.
• Conduct initial candidate phone screens.
• Schedule interviews and hiring events.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain candidate lists and recruiting trackers.
• Assist with high-volume seasonal recruiting campaigns.
• Communicate job expectations and next steps.
• Partner with HR and production leadership.
• Assist applicants with applications and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain confidential employee information.
• Provide HR and administrative support during peak season.
