Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support peak-season staffing. As a Recruiting Assistant, you will join the Recruiting Support Team to assist with high-volume hiring, onboarding, and candidate coordination.

This seasonal role offers 8am–5pm hours, possible OT, and a path to gain valuable HR and recruiting experience. Benefits include medical plans, life insurance, disability, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS and hiring processes.

Now hiring - Recruiting Coordinator- Peak Season Support.
As a Recruiting Assistant, you will be part of the Recruiting Support Team, assisting with high-volume hiring efforts during peak seasons. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Indianapolis, IN - Southside

Pay Range: $23- $27 per hour

Shift: 8am - 5pm - possible OT

What's the Job?

• Assist with high-volume hiring and onboarding activities to support seasonal staffing needs
• Schedule and coordinate candidate screenings to ensure a smooth interview process
• Administer pre-employment screenings and background checks efficiently
• Update and maintain recruiting spreadsheets and tracking reports daily for accurate data management
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a positive experience

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates is a plus.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and hiring processes preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
