Job summary

The Church of Eleven22® is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a six-month, seasonal assignment. This part-time, non-exempt role supports the Recruiter and HR ministry, handling requisitions, candidate flow, and ATS records while ensuring a compliant, welcoming candidate experience.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and assisting hiring managers with logistics. Hybrid schedule and 15 hours/week are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience required, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Experience coordinating interviews and candidate communication across multiple hiring managers preferred.
• Knowledge of EEOC guidelines and federal and state labor laws as they apply to recruiting and hiring.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an authentic walk with Jesus Christ through spiritual disciplines as part of the role.
• Manage a high volume of open requisitions, keeping each search on schedule and informing hiring managers.
• Post and refresh job openings in the ATS and on external boards with accuracy.
• Screen applications and resumes for basic qualifications and advance qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule phone screens, interviews and follow-up meetings across calendars.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, dispositions and notes in the ATS.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates with timely, gracious communication.
• Help support hiring managers with interview logistics, feedback collection and next steps.
• Help ensure recruiting practices comply with EEOC guidelines and labor laws.
• Prepare offer letter paperwork and initiate background screening with HR Coordinator.
• Support job fairs, hiring events and other recruiting initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
