Qualifications

• High school graduate with ability to read, write and speak English.
• Math skills including basic operations needed for QC tasks.
• Ability to follow procedures and complete tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC inspections in assigned areas.
• Conduct chemical analyses on samples (syrups, brines, ingredients) and finish products.
• Verify HACCP/CQP limits and document results.
• Calibrate instruments (pH meters, thermometers) and maintain records.
• Inspect finished packaging for defects and correct labeling issues.
• Communicate deviations to QC management and production teams.
