Job summary

Role involves GMP/GDP training, line clearance inspections, ATP sampling, and inspections of packaging, weights, and labels. This is a temporary position with potential weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with tablets or touch-screen devices.
• Basic math skills for quality data.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; record quality results.
• Perform equipment verification and monitoring challenges (scale calibration, metal detector challenge, checkweigher challenge).
• Conduct pre-operation and line clearance inspections.
• Perform ATP sampling and document results.
• Carry out in-process inspections (BOM, lot code, net weight, label review, sensory, packaging).
• Independently perform blow molding and winding inspections (Bartlett only).
• Investigate out-of-spec components and finished goods; follow hold procedures.
