Qualifications

• 1+ years of production plant experience and forklift operation preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.
• Successful pass of background check and drug screening prior to first day.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines to manufacture and package fertilizer products.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (training provided).
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality SOPs on a daily basis.
• Adapt to a physical environment, including standing, stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work in various indoor manufacturing environments (hot, cold, humid).
