This is an active, fast-paced role perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a supportive team environment.**### ****Key Responsibilities***** ****Production Line Operations:** Work actively on production lines to manufacture and package high-quality fertilizer products.*** ****Equipment Operation:** Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (experience preferred, but we will train).*** ****Safety & Quality Compliance:** Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure daily safety and quality standards are met.*** ****Physical Demands:** Comfortably navigate a physical workspace, which includes being on your feet, climbing multiple flights of stairs, getting on and off equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.*** ****Environmental Adaptability:** Work comfortably in a variety of indoor manufacturing environments, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.**## ****Compensation & Hours****### ****High-Earning Pay Structure***** ****1st Shift:** $21.00 / hour*** ****2nd & 3rd Shifts:** $22.00 / hour*** ****Overtime (40+ hours):** 1.5x regular pay rate*** ****Sunday Shift:** 2x regular pay rate**### ****Typical Shift Schedules******Production roles generally run between 8 to 12 hours a day. Shift times vary by department, but standard hours are:*** ****1st Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM*** ****2nd Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM*** ****3rd Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM******Note on Schedule & Seasonal Peak:** Mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays, is required.
