lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead for our Birmingham, AL store. You will drive the store product strategy on the floor and back of house, oversee inventory shifts, and ensure shelves are stocked and organized to support a world-class guest experience.

You will partner with store leadership, participate in hiring, coach team members, and lead inventory processes with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction while living lululemon's values of inclusion, integrity, and adaptability.

Formación

• 1 year of work experience in retail or related field.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategy and product availability for guests.
• Analyze daily business data to inform actions and recommendations on focus or pricing.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support growth.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver expert product education.
