Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Retail Product Development Coordinator to support product ideation and seasonal drops. You will assist with research, mood boards, and concept presentations while ensuring accurate data across PLM systems and catalogs.

You will collaborate with Retail Buying and Product Development teams to manage timelines, sample approvals, and launch readiness, while adapting to fast-paced project demands and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in product development, fashion or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of data entry/administrative experience required.
• Minimum two years of product design/development experience required.
• Minimum two years of specialty retail areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports ideation and seasonal concepting; conducts research, mood boards, and concept presentations.
• Gathers, enters, and maintains product data in PLM systems; builds requisitions and communicates timelines to teams.
• Assists with smaller design tasks using templates; supports basic graphics updates under supervision.
• Supports reports and PO processes; tracks deliveries and catalogs.
• Ensures data accuracy and communicates discrepancies to stakeholders.
• Maintains cross-department communication and tracks milestones for samples and launches.
• Performs other duties to support department operations.
