Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor for Lindt Chocolate Shops across the United States. You will create a premium in-store experience, demonstrate product knowledge, and help achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and able to upsell while maintaining merchandising standards and handling POS transactions. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Experience in retail environment is preferred.
