Easton Select Group, a Massachusetts-based pool services company, is seeking a dependable Crew Helper for seasonal manual labor in Bolton, MA. You will support pool construction, service, and maintenance by assisting with job-site prep, material handling, and equipment setup.

This role offers hands-on experience, safety-focused work, and opportunities to grow within the pool and outdoor living industry; valid driver’s license preferred, high school diploma optional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding outdoor labor.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and preparation of pool construction, maintenance, and service sites.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support technicians and crew leaders with digging, cleaning, and basic installation tasks.
• Move and stage construction materials and pool components.
• Maintain organized and safe work areas throughout project execution.
