Job summary

Easton Select Group is a leader in pool construction, service, renovation, retail, and backyard leisure solutions. The Site Manager at Holliston, MA, oversees daily operations, safety, and staff performance to ensure projects and services meet company standards.

The role focuses on driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and strong team development across service and construction activities, with emphasis on scheduling, budgeting, and leadership accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of operational leadership, field management, or service management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service, construction, and retail operations for assigned location
• Manage scheduling, staffing, workflow coordination, and operational execution
• Ensure projects and service work are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, service quality, and operational performance
• Support process improvements and operational consistency across departments
• Lead, coach, and develop field and office staff
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
• Promote accountability, professionalism, and a positive team culture
• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and operational reviews
• Support technician development and workforce retention initiatives
