Prell Pools, a small family-run business, seeks a Technician Assistant to join its team. This full-time, seasonal position starts immediately and involves outdoor work with the technician, loading the truck, stocking supplies, and ensuring job sites stay clean.

Responsibilities include assisting with pool openings/closings, recording parts used, and supporting equipment installations. A strong work ethic and dependable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with technician, office and co‑workers.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to work long hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist the technician quickly and efficiently throughout the day.
• Load truck with products and parts needed for daily tasks.
• Help keep the job site clean and organized; record parts and chemicals used.
• Support openings/closings of pools, remove covers, skim and vacuum as needed.
• Anticipate the technician’s needs and take the next task.
• Keep truck ready for the next day and sort recyclables and waste.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and stay prepared.
• Provide friendly, accurate customer service and maintain a neat appearance.
• Assist with tool retrieval and basic pool installations and winterizations.
• Operate the Power-vac system and manage filtration components.
