Job summary

Ted Turner Reserves is seeking a Seasonal PM Steward for Vermejo Reserve in Raton, NM. The role supports Food & Beverage operations by maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen environment during afternoon and evening service, working with the culinary team to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.

The position begins in May 2027, offers housing, and is seasonal/hourly with benefits-eligible status. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.
• If position requires operation of vehicles, you’ll need a valid driver’s license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and clean dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Inspect cleaned items to ensure sanitation and quality standards are met.
• Maintain clean, organized dishwashing, pot-washing, kitchen, and storage areas.
