Job summary

Ted Turner Reserves seeks a Seasonal PM Steward for Vermejo Reserve near Raton, NM, starting May 2027. The role supports the Food & Beverage team, maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen and assisting with prep, stock, and plating in a luxury hospitality setting. Housing is provided, and the season offers exposure to a premier natural environment.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, coordinating with culinary staff to uphold cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards during service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.
• If position requires operation of vehicles, you’ll need to possess a valid driver’s license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and clean dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Inspect cleaned items to ensure sanitation and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized dishwashing, pot-washing, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, equipment, workstations, and floors.
• Assist culinary staff with basic food preparation, stocking, and plating support as needed.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, organizing supplies, and rotating inventory using FIFO.
