Macy's in New York seeks an At Your Service Center Colleague who will support BOPS, returns, and order pickups while delivering Macy's service standards. You will help keep the sales floor inviting and assist customers with a friendly, personalized experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
• Read and understand policies in English and act accordingly.
• Able to meet daily sales goals and build customer relationships.
• Enjoy meeting people and working in a team environment.
• Comfortable handling electronic devices and checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store and returns.
• Complete transactions and assist with order pickups using store systems.
• Keep pickup and return areas clean and organized for friction-free service.
• Promote loyalty benefits and thank customers, using their name where possible.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and deliver hospitality.
• Maintain a welcoming, hospitable shopping environment daily.
