Job summary

The Langham Hospitality Group seeks a guest-focused server for our Chicago restaurant outlets. You will deliver food and beverages, provide menu explanations, and work closely with servers, bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Essential duties include precise table setup, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health, safety, and Forbes service standards. LHG offers on-site work and opportunities to shine in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Prior Food and Beverage experience required.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate.

Responsibilities

• Set-ups for tables in assigned sections with attention to detail.
• Inspect linen, silver, china and other items for cleanliness and appearance.
• Serve food, coffee, water and other beverages to guests.
• Work with outlet team including servers, porters and kitchen staff.
• Explain dish composition clearly to guests.
• Clear and reset tables as needed.
• Maintain health and safety procedures.
• Provide maximum guest service and follow Forbes standards.
