Deer Valley Resort seeks a Partnerships Coordinator for seasonal, full-time work in Park City, UT. You will support day-to-day partnership fulfillment, activations, and reporting, coordinating with brand partners, agencies, and internal teams to deliver on time and to Deer Valley standards.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment; skiing ability and familiarity with ski resort operations are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Event Management.
• Experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or project coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with brand partners, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Asana or similar tools preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and event days.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day partnership deliverables and fulfillment.
• Track partner assets, deadlines, inventory, and events.
• Coordinate materials, signage, and promotional items.
• Provide onsite activation support and onsite needs.
• Maintain activation plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Maintain partnership calendars and documentation.
