Deer Valley Resort in Utah is seeking a Seasonal Contact Center Administrative Associate to be the first point of contact for guests and staff. You will handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to the right departments, and provide accurate information about resort services, amenities, and local attractions.

This seasonal, part-time role includes two weeks of in-person training in Park City, with a later option for remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure or during high call volumes.
• MS Office proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding resort services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Relay messages to guests and staff efficiently and confidently.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Log and report any technical issues with phone systems or guest concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Assist the administration team with daily tasks as needed.
• Assist the supervisory team with special projects as needed.
• Complete projects accurately and efficiently.
• Become familiar with all the Deer Valley managed properties, rates, packages, and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
