Job summary

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission is seeking Seasonal Customer Service Representatives for Prince George’s County Parks and Recreation. You will greet patrons, answer questions, process registrations, memberships, and facility reservations, and handle payments while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Requires periods of standing, frequent walking, bending, stretching, or reaching.
• Minimum age of 18.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications preferred (training classes available).

Responsibilities

• Responding to inquiries in person, and by phone.
• Processing program registrations, memberships, and facility reservations.
• Handling payments and basic recordkeeping.
• Assisting with administrative tasks and daily facility operations.
• Ensure safe, welcoming, and customer-focused environment while supporting staff, programs, and events across the division.
