Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises staff performing fee collection duties.
• Operates and troubleshoots equipment (POS, electronic cash register, credit card machine, and/or computer).
• Collects and accounts for fees and issues passes as required.
• Disseminates park information and literature to visitors.
• Serves as a uniformed front-line representative of the park with professional customer service.
