Job summary

Roaring River State Park in Missouri seeks a friendly server to provide timely, courteous service while engaging guests. You will take orders, use POS software, deliver food and beverages, and help maintain a welcoming dining area.

Responsibilities include accurate order input, processing payments, handling cash, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Local regulations and company procedures. ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a restaurant establishment.
• National Park/Resort experience.
• ServSafe Certification per Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests accurately and submit to kitchen.
• Deliver food and drinks and bus tables as needed.
• Process payments and reconcile cash/credit cards.
• Ensure beverages are served per regulations and policies.
• Set tables and maintain workstations.
• Prepare sales and tip reports at shift end.
• Assist host/busser/food runner as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
