Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Missouri is seeking a Dining Server to provide courteous, efficient table service for residents and guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

You will support daily meal service, assist with events, and help with food preparation and cost control. You will communicate menu details to residents and families in a teamwork-driven environment focused on quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to two years of prior experience preferred; senior living experience strongly desired.
• Licensure preferred; ability to obtain licensure if required by the state.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web-based platforms, EHR systems and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with catering, room service, events, and marketing functions to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Take food and beverage orders promptly and deliver service courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area following all food safety standards.
• Clear and reset tables; dispose of trash; complete daily checklists for dining areas.
