Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF) seeks an HR Intern to gain practical experience by working with the HR team and seasonal staff. You will support compliance, HR administration, onboarding, and development initiatives during a 12-week paid program.

The internship runs May 31–August 20, requires 40 hours/week, and offers $15.00/hour. Flexibility includes evenings and events. This on-site role supports TRMF values and professional mentorship.

Formación

• Must be pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record; ability to drive a 14-passenger van preferred but not required.
• Prior related office experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a professional point of contact for employees, seasonal staff, guests, and stakeholders on HR topics.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees, including ID cards, nametags, and materials.
• Prepare new hire reports, arrival schedules, and orientation schedules.
• Support orientation for seasonal employees with materials and documentation.
• Assist Training and Development with employee learning offerings and ESL classes as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with guests, co-workers, and management in line with TRMF values.
• Perform other related duties as required.
