The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF) is offering paid Summer 2027 internships across Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Hospitality, Group Event Services, Retail, Entertainment, and IT. This 12-week Trailblazer program blends department work with leadership development, mentorship, and a Legacy Project designed to create lasting value.

Interns will gain hands-on experience, participate in leadership sessions, and contribute to a mission-driven tourism and hospitality organization

Qualifications

• Current college students or recent graduates pursuing education or career interests related to Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Services, Retail, Entertainment, Information Technology, Business, Communications, Tourism, or related fields.
• Trailblazer candidates are curious, dependable, service-minded, open to feedback, team-oriented, contributive, and growth-minded.
• Internship responsibilities will vary based on department needs, student interests, academic requirements, and organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in assigned department areas.
• Participate in mentorship, leadership sessions, and a Legacy Project.
• Support day-to-day operations in hospitality, events, marketing, IT, or retail.
