Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and locate products.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Perform truck unloading and merchandising duties; maintain stock and planograms.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in in-store recovery, SISO and AD set duties; support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; engage with customers respectfully and promote Michaels vision.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
