Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking seasonal PT stocking associates for early mornings and weekends at our Newtown Square location. You will assist customers, stock shelves, unload trucks, and ensure accurate, inviting store presentation.

Responsibilities include checkout support, BOPIS/SFS participation, and maintaining stock levels while following safety and SOP guidelines to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Perform stocking, merchandise recovery, and replenishment; complete truck unloads and organize shelves.
• Operate checkout with cash handling and process rewards programs enrollment when applicable.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and routine store maintenance.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety requirements; participate in store recovery and shrink programs.
