Job summary

Scoular is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team and contribute to safe, reliable grain handling and storage. You will load and unload grain, assist with weighing and grading, and operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced facility.

This seasonal role requires physical fitness, ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather. Safety gear and procedures will be followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform strenuous physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and operate in a grain facility.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing grain while assisting with the weighing and grading of grain trucks.
• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steer loaders, track mobiles, rail car movers, etc.).
• Manage grain storage by creating and moving grain piles and performing general cleaning of bins and storage structures.
• Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as needed to support operations.
