Job summary

Reporting to the customer service supervisor, you will liaise between Customer Service Specialists, Sales Reps, customers, and internal production and distribution teams, while managing contracts, tracking metrics, and delivering products on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; or equivalent work experience (3-5 years).
• Experience with account management software and Office Suite.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Customer Service, Sales Reps, Customers and internal teams.
• Assist in managing contracts and relationships to maximize profit while maintaining goodwill.
• Act as product line expert and advisor to Independent Sales Professionals and staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products according to customer needs.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to address customer and partner needs.
• Assist with tracking key account metrics and escalations as needed.
• Support Customer Service Specialists and independent sales professionals as required.
