Qualifications

• 1–2 years logistics industry experience with lead/supervisor responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities to maintain a safe, secure, clean, and fair workplace for associates.
• Ensure associates have access to necessary tools and that tools are maintained.
• Improve productivity by focusing on process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional sites on safety, labor sharing, and best practices.
• Plan and adjust daily workload and staffing to minimize unplanned overtime.
• Ensure shift, daily, and weekly workload planning and volume forecasting.
• Communicate and enforce company policies (safety, accounting, operations, regulatory, admin).
• Assess performance variances to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Communicate SOPs and brief pre-shift meetings; ensure smooth shift hand-offs.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and vendors.
• Execute daily customer/vendor contract requirements and manage non-contract work.
• Ensure inventory integrity through receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory management.
• Collect performance metrics aligned with customer, vendor, and site requirements.
