Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–2 years logistics industry experience preferred.
• 0–3 years in lead/supervisor/management role.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for associates.
• Organize and lead improved productivity by enhancing processes.
• Plan, manage, and adjust daily workload and staffing to minimize unplanned overtime.
• Ensure inventory integrity and timely receiving, picking, shipping, and stock control.
• Communicate SOPs and conduct preshift meetings with effective handoffs.
