Job summary

ALO in Atlanta is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the ALO Brand Mission. You will manage inventory accuracy, visual standards, shipments, replenishment, and floor changes, while working closely with leadership to drive sales and maintain a safe, inviting

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales or operations roles.
• Must be able to move constantly around the store.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to climb ladders and stand for long shifts.
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with drive to achieve results with the team.
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with a focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams on budgets, expenses, and vendor relations.
• Promote a safe work environment with stockroom standards.
• Move actively on the floor to support business and guests.
• Execute directives from Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Assist with shipments and ensure product flow and replenishment.
• Use metrics to inform business-driving decisions and improve service.
• Address client needs promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
