Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Georgia to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life. This part-time role (up to 20 hours per week) requires mobility, strong customer service, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include inventory control, floor replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining safe, visually appealing stores.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with emphasis on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate and root-cause inventory issues, partnering with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, tech, and facilities.
• Promote a safe work environment through stockroom standards and processes.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guest service.
• Execute ops-focused directives with Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow, including visual merchandising and replenishment.
• Leverage metrics to drive business strategies and resolve client needs efficiently.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support goals.
• Duties require constant movement and proactive tasks to keep store running smoothly.
