Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to perform store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience before the store opens. This early morning position involves working with the task team to prepare merchandise and ensure shelves are stocked and prices are accurate.

You will help replenish, unload shipments, and assist online order pickups, following merchandising plans and store standards while learning from peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - assist customers with questions and requests.
• Executes pricing and signing - update ticket prices and signage.
• Replenish and restock the store - prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise - work with team to unload trucks.
• Backroom standards - keep stockroom safe, clean, organized.
• On-line jcp.com pick up - fulfill online orders.
• Merchandise strategy - execute leadership plans for placement.
• Participates in a learning environment - absorb new information.
