Responsibilities

• Customer Service - assist customers on the sales floor with inquiries and guidance
• Execute pricing and signing changes across store merchandise
• Replenish and restock merchandise to meet customer needs
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and prepare backroom stock
• Maintain backroom standards and keep stockroom clean and organized
• Handle online order pickup (jcp.com) fulfillment
• Implement merchandising plans and maintain standards as directed by leadership
• Participate in ongoing training and learn merchandise and processes
