JCPenney is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to help deliver an outstanding in-store experience. This role operates early, collaborates with the task team, and supports front-end and backroom tasks before the store opens.

You will handle pricing/signage, restock merchandise, unload shipments, and assist with online order pickups while upholding merchandising standards. This seasonal position may extend based on performance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor.
• Execute pricing and signing across the store.
• Replenish and restock merchandise to meet customer demand.
• Receive and unload merchandise with fellow associates.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized backstock areas.
• Assist with online orders picked up at jcp.com pickup area.
• Implement leadership direction on merchandising plans and placements.
• Participate in a learning environment to absorb new processes and product knowledge.
