• Receive and unload merchandise with coworkers and prepare it in the backroom.
• Backroom standards – keep stockroom safe, clean, organized.
• On-line jcp.com pick up – locate and fulfill online orders when needed.
• Merchandise strategy – place items per leadership plans and maintain standards.
• Participates in a learning environment – absorb new information from peers or training materials.
