Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to help create an outstanding customer experience through in-store operations. This is an early morning position with the task team, focusing on pre-opening tasks and seasonal activities.

You will perform customer service, pricing/signing, and replenishment while unloading merchandise and maintaining a safe, organized backroom. Opportunity for extension or regular employment based on performance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while moving around the store and assisting shoppers.
• Execute pricing and signing on merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Restock and pull merchandise to the floor to meet customer demand.
• Receive and unload merchandise with the team and organize backroom stock.
• Maintain clean, safe backroom standards and orderly stock areas.
• Support online jcp.com pickup orders and fulfill customer requests.
• Follow leadership plans for merchandise placement and floor execution.
• Engage in a learning environment and absorb new product or process information.
